## Who it’s for

- You are starting out or are at the stage of learning basic elements and are looking for skates that support the ankle steadily.
- You get cold at the rink and want a boot with Thinsulate insulation.
- Looks matter to you: a white/gold finish, soft faux fur and rose gold blades.

## When to choose something else

- You train jumps at a higher level — this model is designed for beginner and intermediate skaters, and you will find more options in the [figure skates](https://bogdanca.pl/en/ice-skates/figure) category.
- You are buying for a child who is growing fast — see [kids’ ice skates](https://bogdanca.pl/en/ice-skates/kids).

## Key features

- **Reinforced upper with flex notch** — The reinforcement at the ankle stabilises the foot, and the flex notch zones give flexibility when you lean forward.
- **Thinsulate lining** — Faux fur, Thinsulate insulation and double-density foam keep the warmth in and wrap the foot well.
- **Hook lacing** — Lets you set a different tension in different zones of the boot: looser over the toes, tighter at the ankle.
- **Anodised stainless steel blades** — Stainless steel resists rust, and the anodised finish gives the blades a rose gold colour.
- **PVC sole** — Easy to maintain: just wipe it after skating.
- **A brand from the Rollerblade group** — Bladerunner belongs to Rollerblade, has been around since 1987 and makes equipment for beginners and recreational skaters.

## Choosing your size

When choosing a size you will see the length in millimetres next to the EU number: measure your foot from the heel to the tip of the longest toe and compare the result with this value.

You can try the skates on in our shops in Poznań and Wrocław. For an order by post, a size exchange means a return (you have 14 days for it) and a new order.

## Questions and answers

### Are Diva suitable for a beginner?

Yes. This is a model for beginner and intermediate skaters: the reinforced upper supports the ankle, and the soft lining makes longer sessions on the ice easier.

### Are the skates ready to use straight out of the box?

No. They need professional sharpening before the first skate. We can do the sharpening in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław, and you can also send the skates in for sharpening.

### How do Diva differ from Aurora W?

Diva has Thinsulate insulation, a white/gold finish and blades anodised in rose gold. [Aurora W](https://bogdanca.pl/en/bladerunner-aurora-w-figure-skates-white-silver.html) has a lining of fur, velour and foam and a white/silver finish. Both models are for beginner and intermediate skaters.

### Which size should I choose?

Measure your foot in millimetres and compare it with the length given next to the EU number; if in doubt, try the skates on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.

### Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return). The buyer covers the return shipping, and a size exchange means a return and a new order.
