# Bones Speed Cream bearing lubricant (oil)

Bones Speed Cream is a synthetic low-viscosity bearing lubricant in a 15 ml bottle with an applicator. 1–2 drops are enough per bearing. The oil reduces rolling resistance and leaves a film on the balls that protects against moisture and rust. It is suitable for 608 bearings in skates, roller skates, skateboards and performance scooters.

## Who it’s for

- You clean your bearings yourself and need oil to relubricate them.
- Your bearings have started running louder or your wheels spin for less time than they used to.
- You care about light rolling — on freeskate or speed skates, a skateboard or a performance scooter.

## When to choose something else

- You mostly skate in the rain and dust, and protection matters more to you than speed — a thin oil needs servicing more often than a thick grease.

## Key features

- **Low viscosity** — A thin oil puts less resistance on the balls than a thick grease, so the wheels roll more lightly.
- **Racing Formula protective film** — It stays on the balls and races and protects the metal from moisture and rust.
- **Synthetic base** — Developed to work at high temperature and under heavy load.
- **Dropper applicator** — It lets you measure 1–2 drops straight onto the balls, without flooding the bearing.
- **Economy** — At a dose of 1–2 drops per bearing, a 15 ml bottle lasts a long time.

## Questions and answers

### How many drops should I put on one bearing?

1–2 drops, directly onto the balls. A larger amount does not improve how the bearing runs — the excess leaks out and collects dirt.

### How often should I lubricate bearings?

Every 2–3 months with regular skating, and straight away after skating in the rain or in heavy dust. The signs are louder running bearings and wheels that spin for less time.

### Do I need to clean the bearings before lubricating?

Yes. The oil is applied to a clean, dry bearing — without sand and remains of old grease.

### What equipment is Speed Cream suitable for?

For bearings in fitness, freeskate and speed skates, in roller skates, skateboards and performance scooters. They all use bearings in the 608 standard.
