## Who it’s for

- You are buying skates for a young player who plays ice hockey and needs the junior category.
- Your child has a foot of standard width and you are looking for CCM skates from the JetSpeed series in the REG fit.
- You want to choose the size with a fitting — in Poznań and Wrocław you can do it in our shop.

## When to choose something else

- Your child has a wide foot — choose a version with the WID fit from the [hockey skates](https://bogdanca.pl/en/ice-skates/hockey) category.
- The player has outgrown junior sizes — see the [FT6 Pro INT REG](https://bogdanca.pl/en/ccm-jetspeed-ft6-pro-int-reg-hockey-skates.html) version.

## Key features

- **JR (junior) category** — The JR mark denotes skates for younger players, in sizing below Intermediate (INT) and Senior (SR).
- **REG fit** — A version for a foot of standard width, the baseline for most players.
- **Hockey skate construction** — The boot supports the ankle, and the blade is chosen for fast starts, turns and stopping in play.

## Choosing your size

Hockey skate sizes have their own scale, so do not carry over your everyday shoe number one to one. Measure your foot from the heel to the tip of the longest toe and compare the result with the length given for each size.

The REG fit is for a foot of standard width. For a growing foot, do not buy skates with room to grow into: a boot that is too big does not hold the ankle and makes it harder to control the blade.

## Questions and answers

### What do the abbreviations JR and REG in the name mean?

JR is the junior category, that is skates for younger players. REG is the fit for a foot of standard width; a wider foot needs the WID fit.

### How do I choose the size of these skates?

Measure your child’s foot in centimetres and compare it with the length given for each size. Hockey skates have their own scale, so do not carry over the size of everyday shoes one to one; if in doubt, try them on in the shop.

### Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return) without giving a reason, and the buyer covers the return shipping. A size exchange means a return and a new order.

### Can I collect my order in person?

Yes, free of charge in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław. In the shop you can also try the skates on before buying.
