## Choosing your size

Senior is the size for adult players. Check the length by standing the stick upright in front of you: without skates it reaches roughly to your nose, on skates to your chin. A stick that is too long is cut at the top of the shaft.

Flex is the stiffness of the shaft: the lower the number, the easier the stick is to flex. Lighter players are better served by a lower flex, heavier ones and hard shooters by a higher one. Cutting the stick down also makes it stiffer. You choose the flex, blade curve and side on the product page.
