## Who it’s for

- You play hockey as an adult and need a jock in Senior sizing.
- You are putting together your first set of protective gear and are missing groin protection to go under your hockey pants.
- Your old jock is cracked or stretched and does not stay in place.

## When to choose something else

- You are buying for a junior — choose JR sizing, for example the [Jock Combo JR BKRD](https://bogdanca.pl/en/ccm-jock-combo-jr-bkrd-jock-with-straps-black-red.html).
- You want a jock combined with straps for hockey socks — see the [Pro Jock Combo Senior](https://bogdanca.pl/en/ccm-pro-jock-combo-senior-jock-with-straps.html).

## Key features

- **Groin protection** — The jock covers the most vulnerable area from a puck, a stick and a fall on the ice.
- **Senior (SR) category** — The SR marking is sizing for adult players, not the junior version.

## Choosing your size

SR is a category for adult players. The jock should fit closely and not shift when you skate or squat, so it is best to try it on together with hockey pants in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.
