## Choosing your size

Intermediate is a size between Junior and Senior — for teenagers and lighter adults. Check the length by standing the stick upright in front of you: without skates it reaches roughly to your nose, on skates to your chin. A stick that is too long is cut at the top of the shaft.

Flex is the stiffness of the shaft: the lower the number, the easier the stick is to flex. If the stick hardly flexes when you shoot, it is too stiff; cutting it down makes it stiffer still. You choose the flex, the blade curve and the side on the product page.
