## Who it’s for

- You play recreationally on the ice or train regularly and want a helmet with full padding, not just a shell with a few pads.
- The helmet needs to be shared by several people with different head sizes — the clip on the side lets you adjust it quickly, without a screwdriver.
- Your head gets hot after a few shifts on the ice and you care about shell ventilation.

## When to choose something else

- You are looking for a helmet with Fluid Inside technology and D3O material — see the [CCM Tacks 910 Senior](https://bogdanca.pl/en/ccm-tacks-910-senior-hockey-helmet-white.html).
- Your head circumference is below 52.5 cm — size S starts at that value; for smaller heads look at [hockey helmets](https://bogdanca.pl/en/hockey/helmets) in JR or YTH versions.

## Key features

- **Full double-density foam padding** — The foam covers the whole inside of the shell and combines comfort against the head with impact cushioning.
- **High-density PE shell** — The shell is integrated with the ear guards and is designed to spread the energy of impacts, also in recreational play.
- **Ventilated shell** — Openings in the shell carry heat away during intense play, so your head does not overheat as quickly.
- **Easy Flip Clip** — You change the size from the side of the helmet without tools, even in the changing room just before going on the ice.

## Choosing your size

Choose the helmet by head circumference. Measure it with a tailor’s tape above the eyebrows, at the widest point at the back of the head, and compare with the ranges: S 52.5–57 cm, M 56–60 cm, L 58.5–62 cm.

The ranges overlap. If your measurement fits two sizes, try both — the helmet should sit firmly and not slide down onto your forehead when you nod, and the Easy Flip Clip lets you fine-tune the fit without tools. You can try on hockey helmets in our shops in Poznań and Wrocław; ask about availability of this model.
