## Who it’s for

- You are buying hockey skates for a junior who trains regularly and needs a boot that adapts to the foot and holds the ankle.
- You want a model in which you can change a worn blade quickly thanks to the BladeLock system.

## When to choose something else

- The player is already in adult sizes — see the SR category among the [hockey skates](https://bogdanca.pl/en/ice-skates/hockey).

## Key features

- **2D Metaframe composite cuff** — Synthetic composite with a carbon-look finish gives the boot an ergonomic shape, and the construction is light and durable.
- **ADPT Memory foam around the ankles** — The foam surrounds the ankles, and the layered foams inside the boot adapt to the foot, so the skate is comfortable from the first outings.
- **Metatomic Tritech tongue** — Black 7 mm felt with a reinforced foam core and 2 mm embossed protection shields the instep from the pressure of the laces.
- **HD microfibre padding with an EVA layer** — The material is abrasion-resistant, so the inside of the boot wears more slowly.
- **CCM Ortolit insert in the cuff** — Reduces the weight of the skate and increases skating comfort.
- **Speedblade XS blade with BladeLock** — The BladeLock system lets you quickly replace the CCM XS stainless steel blade.

## Choosing your size

The size of hockey skates is usually smaller than the size of the shoes you wear every day, so do not buy by the number on your city shoes. The surest way to choose is at a fitting with your child in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.

Do not buy skates to grow into: a boot that is too big does not hold the foot and makes it harder for the child to skate and stop.

## Questions and answers

### What age are the Tacks XF70 Junior skates for?

This is the Junior (JR) category, that is, sizes between youth (YTH) and intermediate (INT). The choice depends on the length of your child's foot, not age, so you can check the size at a fitting in Poznań or Wrocław.

### Can I add sharpening to my order?

Yes. You can choose basic sharpening or sharpening with a Z channel, the blade profile (standard factory, Zuperior, Quad or Ellipse) and the hollow depth.

### Can the blade in these skates be replaced?

Yes. The Speedblade XS blade has the BladeLock system, which is used for quick replacement of the CCM XS blade.

### Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return) without giving a reason. The buyer covers the return shipping, and exchanging a size means a return and a new order.

### Can I collect my order in person?

Yes, free of charge in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.
