## Choosing your size

The side of the stick is the hand held lower on the shaft: in a right-hand stick it is the right hand, in a left-hand stick the left. Hand your child the stick and see how they hold it naturally; it is not always the writing hand that ends up lower.

Check the length in skates: a stick stood upright, with the toe of the blade on the ground, should reach roughly to the chin. A shaft that is too long is cut down from the top; once shortened, the stick plays stiffer.

### Which side of the stick should I choose — left or right?

The side of the hand your child holds lower: a right-hand stick means the right hand lower on the shaft, a left-hand stick the left. It is not always the hand they write with. You choose the side on the product page.

### Can I return the stick if it does not suit me?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return) without giving a reason; the buyer covers the return shipping. Before you cut the shaft down, make sure the side, flex and length are right.

### Can I collect the stick in person?

Yes, free of charge in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław. There your child can pick up the stick and you can check the length and the side together.
