## Choosing your size

The side of the stick is the hand you hold lower on the shaft: in a right-hand stick it is the right hand, in a left-hand stick the left. Pick up the stick the way that feels natural and see which hand ends up lower; it is not always the hand you write with.

Check the length in skates: a stick stood upright in front of you, with the toe of the blade on the ground, should reach roughly to your chin. A shaft that is too long is cut down from the top; once shortened, the stick plays stiffer.

## Questions and answers

### Which side of the stick should I choose — left or right?

The side of your lower hand: a left-hand stick means your left hand lower on the shaft, a right-hand stick your right. It does not depend on which hand you write with. You choose the side on the product page.

### Can I return the stick if it does not suit me?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return) without giving a reason; the buyer covers the return shipping. Before you cut the shaft down, make sure the side, flex and length are right.

### Can I collect the stick in person?

Yes, free of charge in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław. There you can pick up the stick and check the length and the side.
