# FR Skates brake pad with screws, black

The FR Skates brake pad with screws in black is a replaceable brake pad for FR Skates skates, sold together with the screws. The pad wears down with every stop, so it is a consumable part and a new one has to be fitted from time to time. Before buying, compare it with your old pad or bring your skate to our shop in Poznań or Wrocław — we will check the fit.

## Who it’s for

- You brake with your heel on FR Skates skates and the pad in your brake is already worn down.
- You want a spare pad with screws, so you can replace the pad as soon as the old one is finished.

## When to choose something else

- You need a whole brake for 3-wheel skates, not just the pad — see the [FR Skates brake for 3-wheel skates](https://bogdanca.pl/en/fr-skates-brake-for-3-wheel-skates-black.html).
- You have skates of a different brand — pads differ in shape and mounting; look in the [skate brakes](https://bogdanca.pl/en/skate-parts/brakes) section.

## Key features

- **Replaceable brake pad** — Only the pad wears down when braking; when it gets thin, you fit a new one and the rest of the brake stays on the skate.
- **Screws included** — You don't have to salvage the old, worn screws — you fasten the new pad with the ones in the set.
- **For an FR Skates brake** — A part from the same brand as the brake, so before buying it is enough to compare it with your old pad.
