- **Hard composite shell with metal plates** — The shell steadies your foot, and the plates stiffen the joint between the shell and the frame, so the skate responds at once to the movement of your foot.

Next to the EU size we give the insole length in millimetres. Measure your foot from the heel to the end of the longest toe, in the sock you will skate in, and choose the size whose length range your foot falls within.

The Intuition liner is heat-mouldable, so it will adapt to the shape of your foot, but it will not change its length. If you fall on the border between two sizes, try the skates on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.
