# Impala Lightspeed inline skates, Fairy Floss pastel

Impala Lightspeed Fairy Floss pastel combine a 1980s and 1990s style with a simple construction: a hard shell, thick soft lining and a composite frame riveted to the boot. You can set the 70 mm / 84A wheels on ABEC 7 bearings to rocker to turn more tightly. The brake and Allen keys are in the box, so you can skate straight away.

## Who it’s for

- You are starting to skate and need a boot that stabilises the ankle and is ready to skate straight after unpacking.
- You skate calmly around the park, the promenade or city paths and put comfort before speed.
- You like a pastel look and are looking for skates that will go with light, bright outfits.

## When to choose something else

- You plan jumps, slalom and skating along kerbs — the composite frame is for recreational skating; [urban and freeskate skates](https://bogdanca.pl/en/inline-skates/urban-freeskate) will be tougher.
- You want to cover long, fast training routes — on 70 mm wheels you will tire sooner than on bigger ones; see other [fitness skates](https://bogdanca.pl/en/inline-skates/fitness).

## Key features

- **Classic hard shell** — It stabilises the ankle, so at the start it is easier to keep your balance and steer the skate straight.
- **Thick, soft lining** — The anatomical shape and thick padding prevent chafing on longer rides.
- **Composite frame riveted to the boot** — It is light, impact-resistant and absorbs vibration from an uneven surface.
- **70 mm / 84A wheels** — The smaller diameter keeps the foot low to the ground, which makes learning easier, and the moderate hardness gives a smooth ride and good grip.
- **Rockering option** — With the wheels set to rocker, the skate turns more tightly — useful in bends and tight passages.
- **Brake and keys in the set** — The brake helps you control your speed at the start, and with the two Allen keys you can adjust the skates yourself.

## Choosing your size

Next to each EU size we give the insole length in millimetres. Measure your foot from the heel to the longest toe, in the socks you will skate in, and choose the size you fit into.

The thick lining settles slightly over time, but it will not remove play in a boot that is too big — if you fall between sizes, try the skates on in Poznań or Wrocław.

## In the box

- Pair of Impala Lightspeed skates
- Brake
- Two Allen keys

## Questions and answers

### Are the Impala Lightspeed suitable for beginners?

Yes. The hard shell stabilises the ankle, the 70 mm wheels keep the foot low to the ground, and a brake is in the set.

### Is the brake included?

Yes. The brake is in the box together with two Allen keys, and it can be removed when it is not needed.

### What does the rocker setting give me?

Tighter turns. In the rocker setting the outer wheels are raised, so the skate turns more easily in bends. To start with, the flat setting is more stable.

### How do I choose the size?

Measure your foot in millimetres and compare it with the insole length for the EU size. If in doubt, try the skates on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.

### Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. The buyer covers the return shipping, and exchanging for another size means a return and a new order.
