## Who it’s for

- You want to skate between cones smoothly and precisely, not just get through the course somehow.
- You already know the first figures and need someone to improve your technique and show you more tricks.
- You are thinking of entering slalom competitions and want to build a solid base for them.
- You prefer to learn at your own pace, without having to keep up with a group.

## When to choose something else

- You prefer to train with others — you will find group lessons and workshops in the [inline skating lessons](https://bogdanca.pl/en/serwis/nauka-jazdy) category.

## Key features

- **One-to-one work with an instructor** — The instructor focuses only on you, so they spot mistakes in your body position straight away and correct them during the exercise.
- **Programme matched to your level** — You start from what you can already do — from your first runs between cones to advanced tricks.
- **Smooth transitions between figures** — Linking elements into one run is what sets freestyle slalom apart from simply going round cones.
- **Course setup and balance work** — You learn how to place the cones for training and how to move your centre of gravity, so after the lesson you can practise on your own.
- **Coordination and balance** — Slalom demands constant work from your legs and torso, which also makes your everyday skating more confident.
