# Inline skating lessons in Poznań — one-to-one: speed skating

Inline skating lessons in Poznań focused on speed skating are one-to-one Bogdanca Academy lessons for people who want to speed up and cover longer distances. In speed skating, pace is decided by push-off technique and body position, not by leg strength alone, which is why a one-to-one lesson with an instructor makes sense here.
