## Choosing your size

Choose the size by head circumference: S 52–56 cm, M 55–59 cm, L 58–61 cm. Measure your head with a tailor’s tape above the eyebrows, at the widest point at the back.

The ranges overlap. If your circumference is 55–56 cm (S or M) or 58–59 cm (M or L), try both sizes. Turnfit Plus lets you fine-tune circumference and height, but the helmet should sit level and not slide down onto the forehead when you nod.
