## Choosing your size

Choose the size by head circumference: S 52–56 cm, M 55–59 cm, L 58–61 cm. Measure your head with a tailor’s tape just above the eyebrows and across the widest point at the back.

The ranges overlap. At 55–56 cm (S or M) and 58–59 cm (M or L) try both sizes, ideally in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław. Turnfit Plus and the adjustable cradle let you tighten the helmet, but it should sit level and not slide down onto either the forehead or the back of the neck.

Yes. It is designed for off-road cycling but also works for skating — the lowered shell protects the back of the head in a backwards fall.
