## Who it’s for

- You ride around town on skates, a bike, a scooter or a skateboard and want one helmet for everything.
- You want protection also in an angled impact, not only a direct one.
- You sometimes ride home after dark and want to attach an LED light to the back of the helmet.

## When to choose something else

- You ride long routes in the heat — the [Lazer Compact](https://bogdanca.pl/en/lazer-compact-helmet-black.html) is lighter and better ventilated: 320 g and 21 vents.
- You play hockey — you need a [hockey helmet](https://bogdanca.pl/en/hockey/helmets) for that.

## Key features

- **KinetiCore technology** — The patented two-layer construction protects the head in direct and rotational impacts, that is, also when you hit the ground at an angle.
- **5 stars in Virginia Tech tests** — Protection against rotational impacts was assessed by an independent laboratory, so you do not rely only on the manufacturer’s claim.
- **ABS shell** — A hard plastic, used among other things in protective shields, stands up well to knocks and to everyday carrying of the helmet in your hand or on a backpack.
- **TurnSys adjustment** — With one dial you set the fit horizontally and vertically, so the helmet sits stably and does not slide onto your forehead.
- **5 vents** — One of them, larger and specially shaped, is at the front and lets air under the shell while you ride.
- **Rear LED light mount** — The back of the helmet fits a universal Lazer LED light, which improves your visibility after dark.

## Choosing your size

Choose the size by head circumference. The CityZen KinetiCore comes in four sizes: S 52–56 cm, M 55–59 cm, L 58–61 cm and XL 61–64 cm. Measure your head with a tailor’s tape above the eyebrows and at the widest point at the back. You choose the size for this colour version when ordering.

The ranges of neighbouring sizes overlap. If you fall between two sizes, try both in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław, and set the rest with the TurnSys dial. The helmet should sit level and not shift when you nod.
