## Who it’s for

- You ride around town on inline skates, a bike, a scooter or a skateboard and want one helmet for everything.
- You want protection in angled impacts too, not only in direct ones.
- You sometimes ride home after dark and want to attach an LED light to the back of the helmet.

## When to choose something else

- You ride long routes in the heat — the [Lazer Compact](https://bogdanca.pl/en/lazer-compact-helmet-black.html) is lighter and better ventilated: 320 g and 21 vents.
- You play hockey — you need a [hockey helmet](https://bogdanca.pl/en/hockey/helmets) for that.

## Key features

- **KinetiCore technology** — A patented two-layer construction protects your head in direct and rotational impacts, so also when you hit the ground at an angle.
- **5 stars in Virginia Tech tests** — Protection against rotational impacts was assessed in an external test, so you are not relying on the manufacturer's claim alone.
- **ABS shell** — A hard plastic, used for police shields among other things, that copes well with knocks and with carrying the helmet in your hand or on your backpack every day.
- **TurnSys adjustment** — One dial sets the fit horizontally and vertically, so the helmet sits securely and does not slip down onto your forehead.
- **5 vents** — One of them, specially shaped, is at the front and lets air in under the shell as you ride.
- **Mount for a rear LED light** — The back of the helmet fits a universal Lazer LED light, which makes you more visible after dark.

## Choosing your size

Choose your size by head circumference. The CityZen KinetiCore comes in four sizes: S 52–56 cm, M 55–59 cm, L 58–61 cm and XL 61–64 cm. Measure your head with a tape measure above your eyebrows and at the widest point at the back. You choose the size of this colour version when you place your order.

The ranges of neighbouring sizes overlap. If you fall between two sizes, try both on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław, and set the rest with the TurnSys dial. The helmet should sit level and not move when you nod your head.
