## Who it’s for

- You skate or cycle around town and want one helmet for both.
- You overheat in an enclosed helmet in summer and are looking for a model that really lets air through.
- You ride into the sun or through parks and by the water, where a visor and an insect net make a difference.
- You come home after dark and want a place on the helmet for a Lazer LED light.

## When to choose something else

- Your head circumference is below 54 cm or above 61 cm — this helmet does not cover that range, see [other helmets](https://bogdanca.pl/en/helmets-and-protection/helmets).
- You are buying for a child — Lazer’s kids’ models are the [Nutz KinetiCore](https://bogdanca.pl/en/lazer-nutz-kineticore-kids-helmet-space.html) for 50–56 cm and the [PNut KinetiCore](https://bogdanca.pl/en/lazer-pnut-kineticore-kids-helmet-dinosaurs.html) for 46–52 cm.

## Key features

- **KinetiCore crumple zones** — Controlled crumple zones built into the helmet deform on impact and dissipate its energy, which protects the head from direct and indirect injuries.
- **Cooling index 93.7%** — The reference point is riding without a helmet (100%), so your head gives off heat almost as if there were no helmet. You will feel it on hot days.
- **Weight of about 270 g** — A light helmet puts less strain on your neck, which matters on longer rides.
- **Integrated visor and insect net** — The visor shades your face and eyes from the sun, and the mesh in the vents keeps insects out.
- **Advanced TurnUs adjustment** — You set the one 54–61 cm size to the shape and size of your own head, quickly and without tools.
- **Space for a Lazer LED light** — With the light mounted, you are more visible on the road and the cycle path.

## Choosing your size

The helmet comes in one universal size for head circumference 54–61 cm. Measure your head with a tailor’s tape: horizontally above the eyebrows and across the widest point at the back.

Within that range you set the fit with the Advanced TurnUs system. The helmet should sit level, cover your forehead and not shift when you nod. If your circumference falls right at the edge of the range, try the helmet on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.
