## Who it’s for

- Your child skates, cycles or scoots and needs one helmet for everything.
- You don't want to turn a dial before every ride — AutoFit adjusts the helmet to the head by itself.
- An older child no longer wants a helmet with animals on it: navy blue shading into black is understated and goes with any gear.

## When to choose something else

- Your child's head is under 50 cm in circumference — choose the smaller [Lazer Lil Gekko](https://bogdanca.pl/en/lazer-lil-gekko-kids-helmet-shark.html) for 46–50 cm.
- You are buying a helmet for playing hockey — for that you need a [hockey helmet](https://bogdanca.pl/en/hockey/helmets).

## Key features

- **AutoFit system** — The helmet adjusts itself to the circumference of the head, so there is nothing to adjust by hand before a ride.
- **Lowered sides and back** — The shell comes down lower over the temples and the back of the head — important on skates, where children often fall backwards.
- **Integrated peak** — It shields the eyes and face from the sun and small obstacles.
- **Comfort Buckle under the ear** — The fastening is moved from under the chin to the side, so it doesn't pinch the skin when fastened.
- **In-Mold construction, 300 g, 12 vents** — The low weight puts less strain on your child's neck, and the vents cool the head on hot days.
- **Space for a Lazer LED rear light** — You can fit a rechargeable Lazer LED light at the back of the helmet, which improves your child's visibility at dusk.

## Choosing your size

The helmet has one universal size for a head circumference of 50–56 cm. Measure your child's head with a tailor's tape measure above the eyebrows, at the widest point at the back.

AutoFit tightens the helmet to the head by itself, but it does not replace the right size range: for a circumference below 50 cm choose the smaller Lil Gekko (46–50 cm). The helmet should sit level, low over the eyebrows, and not shift when your child nods their head.
