## Who it’s for

- You ride around town and at the skatepark and are looking for one helmet for skating, skateboarding, scooter riding and cycling.
- You like subdued colours — matte green does not reflect light and does not stand out.
- You also ride in the evenings and want to mount a rear LED light.
- You want to set the helmet exactly to your head: circumference, height and cradle position.

## When to choose something else

- You are looking for a helmet for a child with a head circumference of 50–56 cm, with a built-in light and an insect net — see the kids’ [Lazer Petit DLX](https://bogdanca.pl/en/lazer-petit-dlx-kids-helmet-white.html).
- You need a helmet for playing hockey — choose a [hockey helmet](https://bogdanca.pl/en/hockey/helmets).

## Key features

- **Hardshell + In-Mold construction** — The hard shell is permanently bonded to EPS foam — together they absorb impact energy in a fall.
- **Turnfit Plus (TS+)** — You adjust circumference and height, so you can fit the helmet to the shape of your head without pressure points.
- **Adjustable cradle** — You set the rear part of the fitting system vertically so that the helmet holds the back of the head firmly and does not slide onto the forehead.
- **16 vents and channels in EPS foam** — Air flows over the head, which limits overheating when riding on warm days.
- **Space for a rear LED light** — You can mount a light on the back of the helmet, so you are more visible at dusk and after dark.
- **Matte Green finish** — Muted green without gloss limits light reflections and goes with urban and outdoor clothing.

## Choosing your size

Choose the size by head circumference: S 52–56 cm, M 55–59 cm, L 58–61 cm. Measure your head with a tailor’s tape above the eyebrows and across the widest point at the back.

The ranges overlap. At a circumference of 55–56 cm or 58–59 cm try both neighbouring sizes — easiest in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław. Turnfit Plus fine-tunes circumference and height, but the helmet should sit level and not shift when you nod.
