## Who it’s for

- Your child has a head circumference of 46–52 cm and is starting to skate or cycle.
- You are looking for a helmet your little one will put on without arguments: light, and with a graphic instead of a plain shell.
- You are fed up with skin pinched under the chin when fastening — here the buckle is at the side of the head.

## When to choose something else

- Your child’s head circumference is over 52 cm — the larger model is the [Lazer Nutz KinetiCore](https://bogdanca.pl/en/lazer-nutz-kineticore-kids-helmet-space.html) for 50–56 cm.
- Head circumference is below 46 cm — the helmet will be too loose and will not do its job.

## Key features

- **KinetiCore crumple zones** — Zones designed into the helmet deform on impact and absorb its force, instead of passing it on to the child’s head.
- **Shell lowered at the sides and back** — The helmet comes lower on the head and better protects the sensitive temple area.
- **12 vents with a mesh** — Airflow cools the head on hot days, and the mesh keeps insects out.
- **Weight of 240 g** — A light helmet does not weigh on the head and neck of a small child, so there is less reason to take it off.
- **EZ Fit system** — The helmet adjusts itself to the shape of the head, so it does not need setting each time it is put on.
- **Side-fastening buckle** — A fastening at the cheek is easier to operate than one under the chin and does not pinch the skin.

## Choosing your size

The helmet comes in one size for head circumference 46–52 cm. Measure your child’s head with a tailor’s tape: horizontally above the eyebrows and across the widest point at the back.

Within that range the helmet adjusts itself thanks to EZ Fit. Once on, it should sit level, cover the forehead and not slide onto the back of the neck when your child nods. For a circumference over 52 cm choose the larger Nutz KinetiCore model (50–56 cm).

## Questions and answers

### What head circumference is the Lazer PNut KinetiCore helmet for?

46–52 cm. It is one universal size for small children, which the EZ Fit system adjusts to the shape of the head by itself.

### What age is this helmet for?

Head circumference decides, not age: 46–52 cm. Measure your child’s head before buying, or come together for a fitting to our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.

### How does the PNut differ from the Nutz KinetiCore?

In size and weight. The PNut is for a circumference of 46–52 cm and weighs 240 g, the Nutz for 50–56 cm and weighs 250 g. Both have KinetiCore, EZ Fit, 12 vents with a mesh and a side buckle.

### Does the buckle pinch the skin under the chin?

No — the buckle fastens at the side of the head, not under the chin. It also makes the helmet easier to put on and take off.

### Can I return the helmet if it does not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return). The buyer covers the return shipping.
