## Who it’s for

- You ride fast or for a long time and get too hot in an enclosed helmet — here the airflow comes from 23 vents.
- You want one light helmet for skating and cycling, rated 5 stars in rotational impact tests.
- You ride in glasses and have nowhere to put them when you stop — the helmet has a silicone holder.
- You also train after dark or in the rain: you can mount an LED light on the back and a Lazer Aeroshell cover on the shell.

## When to choose something else

- You are buying for a child — Lazer’s kids’ models are the [Nutz KinetiCore](https://bogdanca.pl/en/lazer-nutz-kineticore-kids-helmet-space.html) for 50–56 cm and the [PNut KinetiCore](https://bogdanca.pl/en/lazer-pnut-kineticore-kids-helmet-dinosaurs.html) for 46–52 cm.
- You need a helmet for playing hockey — choose a [hockey helmet](https://bogdanca.pl/en/hockey/helmets).

## Key features

- **KinetiCore in EPS foam** — Controlled crumple zones in the foam deform on impact and absorb part of the kinetic energy. The same construction lowers the weight of the helmet.
- **5 stars in rotational impact tests** — A rating of protection in oblique impacts, in which the head is given a rotational movement — which is what most falls in motion look like.
- **23 vents** — They draw in cool air at the front and let warm air out at the back, so the head cools while you ride.
- **ScrollSys adjustment and movable forehead band** — Simple size adjustment — you fit the helmet to your head quickly, also right before the start.
- **Glasses holder and LED light mount** — You clip your glasses into the silicone holder, and on the back of the helmet you can mount a light so that others see you better.
- **Compatible with the Lazer Aeroshell cover** — The cover closes some of the vents: it reduces air resistance and protects against rain.

## Choosing your size

The sizes of this helmet are lettered, and each has a head circumference range in centimetres assigned to it. Measure your head with a tailor’s tape horizontally above the eyebrows and across the widest point at the back, then choose the size whose range you fall into.

The ScrollSys system is for tightening the helmet within a size and does not replace choosing the right one. The helmet should sit level, cover the forehead and not shift when you nod. If you are on the border of two sizes, try both in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.

## Questions and answers

### Is the Lazer Strada KinetiCore helmet suitable for skating?

Yes. It works for recreational and dynamic skating, and also on a bike.

### How do I choose the helmet size?

By head circumference in centimetres. Measure your head above the eyebrows and choose the size whose range you fall into; you tighten the rest with the ScrollSys system.

### What do the 5 stars in the tests mean?

5 stars is the protection rating the Strada KinetiCore received in rotational impact tests, that is, oblique ones, with a rotating movement of the head.

### Can I fit a light and a rain cover to the helmet?

Yes. You can mount an LED light on the back and a Lazer Aeroshell cover on the shell, which closes some of the vents, reduces air resistance and protects against rain.

### Can I return the helmet if the size does not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return). The buyer covers the return shipping, and exchanging a size means a return and a new order.
