Choose the helmet by head circumference. Measure it with a tape measure above your eyebrows, at the widest point at the back of your head, and compare it with the helmet size.

The helmet should sit level and not slide down your forehead when you nod your head. If you are torn between sizes, try both on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.
