## Who it’s for

- You skate in the evenings in the city or on paths and want your skates to be visible to pedestrians, cyclists and drivers.
- You have four-wheel skates with a frame for 80 mm wheels and want a replacement that adds light as well.
- You prefer black wheels that look subdued by day and sparkle with light through the glitter after dark.
- You do not want to charge wheels or replace batteries in them.

## When to choose something else

- The frame of your skates does not take 80 mm wheels — check the print on your old wheels and see [wheels](https://bogdanca.pl/en/wheels-and-bearings/skate-wheels) of a different diameter.
- You need wheels for a pair of skates in one pack — the set is 4 pieces, which is wheels for one skate.

## Key features

- **Magnetic dynamo instead of batteries** — The LEDs are powered by the movement of the wheels, so there is nothing to charge and no batteries to replace.
- **Black semi-transparent polyurethane with glitter** — The light of the LEDs shows through the dark material and sparkles on the fine glitter; it is less harsh than in white wheels.
- **80 mm diameter** — A larger wheel than 76 mm rolls faster and holds speed for longer; it needs a frame that takes 80 mm.
- **85A hardness** — A compromise between comfort and durability: the polyurethane grips the surface and wears slowly and evenly.
- **Full profile** — Gives stability on a straight line and a large contact area with the surface.

## Questions and answers

### Do light-up wheels need batteries?

No. The LEDs are powered by a magnetic dynamo and the wheels glow when they turn. There are no batteries and no charging.

### Are 4 wheels enough for a pair of skates?

No. Four wheels are a set for one four-wheel skate. For a pair you need two sets.

### Will these wheels fit my skates?

Yes, if the frame of your skates takes 80 mm wheels and the bearings are the 608 standard. Check the print on your old wheels; you can move the bearings across from them or buy them separately.

### Do the black wheels glow after dark?

Yes. The light of the LEDs shows through the black, semi-transparent polyurethane. It is less harsh than in white wheels, but more sparkling thanks to the glitter.

### Can I return the wheels if they do not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return) without giving a reason. The buyer covers the return shipping.
