## Who it’s for

- You skate in the evenings in the city or on paths and want to be more visible after dark.
- You have skates with a frame for 80 mm wheels and want a replacement that adds light as well.
- You like a classic, bold colour — sky-blue polyurethane freshens the look of your skates by day as well.
- You do not want to charge wheels or replace batteries in them.

## When to choose something else

- The frame of your skates does not take 80 mm wheels — check the print on your old wheels and see [wheels](https://bogdanca.pl/en/wheels-and-bearings/skate-wheels) of a different diameter.
- You prefer a different colour in the same diameter — there are, among others, [green](https://bogdanca.pl/en/luminous-led-light-up-wheels-80-mm-85a-green-4-pcs.html) and [red](https://bogdanca.pl/en/luminous-led-light-up-wheels-80-mm-85a-red-4-pcs.html) ones.

## Key features

- **Magnetic dynamo instead of batteries** — The LEDs are powered by the rotation of the wheel, so there is nothing to charge or replace.
- **Semi-transparent blue polyurethane** — The light of the LEDs passes freely through the material and gives a distinct, bright glow visible from a distance.
- **85A hardness** — A universal standard: a balance between ride comfort and resistance to abrasion on various surfaces.
- **Full profile** — Gives stability and a large contact area with the surface.
- **Slow-wearing compound** — The polyurethane wears slowly and evenly, so the wheels ride like new for a long time.

## Questions and answers

### Do light-up wheels need batteries?

No. The LEDs work on the principle of a magnetic dynamo and glow when the wheel turns. There are no batteries and no charging.

### Are 4 wheels enough for a pair of skates?

No. Four wheels are a set for one four-wheel skate. For a pair you need two sets.

### Will these wheels fit my skates?

Yes, if the frame of your skates is designed for 80 mm wheels and the bearings are the 608 standard. Check the print on your old wheels; you can move the bearings across from them or buy them separately.

### How do the blue wheels glow after dark?

The LEDs light the semi-transparent blue polyurethane from the inside, giving an intense, cool light. By day the wheels are simply sky blue.

### Can I return the wheels if they do not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return) without giving a reason. The buyer covers the return shipping.
