## Who it’s for

- You skate in long trousers and do not want thick pads showing under the fabric.
- You spend longer sessions on skates and want a breathable sleeve that does not drench your knee in sweat.
- You have a problem with pads that slide down your leg while you skate — here silicone bands hold them in place.

## When to choose something else

- You are looking for a set for the wrists, elbows and knees — see the [skate pads](https://bogdanca.pl/en/helmets-and-protection/pads).

## Key features

- **EVA foam with shape memory** — The padding moulds to your knee, so the pad sits against the leg instead of sticking out.
- **Lycra sleeve** — A light, breathable material that wicks heat away from the skin and stays comfortable after several hours of skating.
- **Silicone bands** — The elastic bands are meant to stop the pad sliding down while you skate.
- **Low, flat profile** — The pads are practically invisible under most trousers, so you can skate in everyday clothes.
- **Five sizes** — You choose sizes XS–XL by the circumference of the leg, which lets the pad sit tightly against the knee.

## Choosing your size

Choose the size by the circumference of your leg, measured about 4 cm above the knee: XS is 27–32 cm, S 30–38 cm, M 33–44 cm, L 36–48 cm, XL 39–52 cm.

The ranges overlap. If your circumference falls into two sizes, choose the smaller one — the pad should fit tightly.

## Questions and answers

### Which size of pads should I choose?

Measure the circumference of your leg about 4 cm above the knee: XS is 27–32 cm, S 30–38 cm, M 33–44 cm, L 36–48 cm, XL 39–52 cm. If you fall into two sizes, take the smaller one.

### Will the pads fit under trousers?

Yes. They have a low, flat profile and are practically invisible under most trousers.

### Will the pads slide down the knee?

They have elastic silicone bands, which are meant to prevent this. They hold best when the size is chosen to fit tightly.

### Are pads for both knees included?

Yes. We sell them as a pair, that is for the left and right knee.

### Can I return the pads if the size does not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return) without giving a reason. The buyer covers the return shipping; exchanging a size means a return and a new order.
