Choose the size by the circumference of your leg, measured about 4 cm above the knee: XS is 27–32 cm, S 30–36 cm, M 34–41 cm, L 38–45 cm, XL 42–48 cm.

The ranges overlap. If your circumference falls into two sizes, try both on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław — the pad should fit snugly on the leg and not rotate on the knee.
