## Choosing your size

Choose the slider size by the EU size of your skate: S fits skates EU 35–40, M fits EU 40.5–44, and L fits EU 44.5–48.5.

### Are the sliders the same for the left and right skate?

No. They are asymmetrically profiled, which is why the set includes one slider for the right and one for the left skate.

### Which slider size should I choose?

By the EU size of your skate: S for EU 35–40, M for EU 40.5–44, L for EU 44.5–48.5.

### Are screws included?

Yes. The set includes a set of factory mounting screws, so you do not need to buy anything else.

### Do the sliders fit Twister or RB skates?

No. The set is intended for Lightning shells, including the Lightning 90 and Lightning 110 and limited editions. The older Twister and RB lines have a different construction.

### When should I replace the sliders?

Before they wear down completely. If you wait too long, the screw may be ground down together with the slider and it will be harder to undo.
