## Who it’s for

- You skate recreationally or for fitness and want skates that easily keep the pace on longer routes.
- You are looking for a women's model on three large wheels, with ankle support at higher speeds.
- You skate on warm days and care about a breathable boot in which your foot sweats less.

## When to choose something else

- You need skates for skating between obstacles and tight turns — see [urban and freeskate skates](https://bogdanca.pl/en/inline-skates/urban-freeskate).
- You want even larger wheels — see the [Macroblade 110 3WD W grey/pink](https://bogdanca.pl/en/rollerblade-macroblade-110-3wd-w-inline-skates-grey-pink.html).

## Key features

- **Three Supreme 100 mm wheels** — The large diameter rolls further on a single push and takes small bumps more gently than smaller wheels.
- **Aluminium Twinblade 274 mm frame** — A stiff frame transfers the push-off without loss, and three wheels instead of four shorten the base, so the skate turns more readily.
- **Higher cuff** — It supports the ankle from the side, which gives control at higher speed and less fatigue on a longer route.
- **Engineered mesh upper** — The mesh lets air through, so the foot stays fresh even during long training sessions.
- **Aluminium buckle, 45° strap and quick lacing** — You tighten the laces in one movement, the 45° strap holds the heel down, and the buckle closes the cuff.
- **Standard brake** — It lets you control your speed and stop safely on the route.

## Choosing your size

Sizes are given in the EU system with the insole length in millimetres. Measure your foot from the heel to the longest toe, ideally in the evening and in the sock you skate in, and compare the result with the insole length given for the size — the boot should hold the heel without play and not squeeze the toes.

This is the women's version (W). If you fall between two sizes, try both on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.

## Questions and answers

### Is the Macroblade 100 3WD W suitable for a beginner?

Yes. The higher cuff gives lateral support, and the standard brake makes it easier to control your speed. Do your first rides on 100 mm wheels on smooth asphalt, away from pedestrian traffic.

### Do the skates have a brake?

Yes, a standard brake is part of the equipment.

### How does the W version differ from the Macroblade 100 3WD without the W?

The W version is the women's model. The Supreme 100 mm wheels, SG9 bearings and 274 mm Twinblade frame are the same in both versions.

### Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return). The buyer covers the return shipping, and exchanging a size means a return and a new order.
