## Choosing your size

A size is an insole length range, e.g. 175–205 mm, i.e. EU 28–32; you choose it on the product page.

Measure your child's foot in millimetres (heel against a wall, a mark at the end of the longest toe) and use the longer foot.

The skates last longest when the foot falls in the lower half of the range. With a foot close to the upper limit of the range there is no room to grow — then a larger range will be better.
