- **Prepared before hand-over** — Every pair is ultrasonically cleaned, disinfected with ozone, has its bearings lubricated, and is checked for buckles and frames. You collect skates ready to skate.
- **80 mm / 82A wheels** — The 4×80 mm layout is a versatile city set-up. The 82A hardness is slightly lower than the popular 85A, so the wheel absorbs vibration better on rough asphalt.
- **Aluminium frame** — A stiff frame guides the wheels steadily, and its length (243 mm or 261 mm) depends on the boot size.
- **Three fastening points** — The upper buckle, the 45° buckle and the laces let you adjust the boot to your foot and calf.

## Choosing your size

You choose the size when booking. Sizes are given in EU and in millimetres of insole length, so measure your foot in mm (stand on a sheet of paper, mark your heel and longest toe) and compare it with the value next to the size.

## Questions and answers

### How does hire work, step by step?

You choose the size and collection point, then the hire period — from one day to a week, and longer on individual request. You collect the skates in person or receive them by post, and after skating you return them to the shop or send them back in a return parcel.

### Is there a deposit?

Yes. A refundable deposit per pair is taken on collection, in cash or by bank transfer. It covers loss, deliberate damage or missing parts, for example a buckle, bolts or a frame. Normal signs of wear are not grounds for keeping it. The deposit is 100.00 PLN per pair.

### Can I hire skates together with a helmet and protective gear?

Yes. When booking you add a helmet (Rollerblade Downtown or Lazer Compact) and a Rollerblade Skate Gear 3-pack set of protective gear. You also choose their size.

### Can skates be hired from outside Poznań and Wrocław?

Yes. You choose the delivery option, and the skates travel by courier or to an InPost Paczkomat across Poland. You return them in the shop or in a return parcel.

### Do the skates have a brake?

Yes, the brake is fitted at the factory. If you prefer to skate without it, ask for it to be removed.
