Skate Gear Knee Pad comes in letter sizes S–XL for adults. You choose the size by the circumference of your leg at the knee, not by height.

The surest way is to check at a fitting in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław: a fastened pad should fit snugly and not slide down when you squat a few times. If you fall between sizes, the smaller one usually holds better.

### Are the pads separate for the left and right knee?

Yes. Each has an anatomical shape for one leg and an R or L marking, so it is easy to put it on the right side.

### Do they fit a child?
