## Who it’s for

- You are learning to skate and want skates in which your ankle is well supported from the first ride.
- You skate recreationally, in the park and on cycle paths, at a calm pace.
- You are coming back to skates after years away and care more about stability than speed.

## When to choose something else

- You are buying for a woman — the women's version of this model is the [Zetrablade W](https://bogdanca.pl/en/rollerblade-zetrablade-w-inline-skates-black-light-blue.html).

## Key features

- **Monocoque frame** — A one-piece frame lowers the centre of gravity, so it is easier to find your balance on the first rides.
- **High cuff** — It supports the ankle while the muscles of your feet are not yet used to skating.
- **Soft Performance liner with Training Footbed insole** — The padding and insole stay comfortable on longer rides and do not press when skating at a calm pace.
- **80 mm / 82A wheels and SG5 bearings** — The soft 82A compound grips asphalt well and damps vibration, and the speed is moderate — just right for learning.
- **Buckle, 45° strap and laces** — The laces fit the front of the boot, the strap at 45° presses the heel down, and the buckle closes the cuff.

## Choosing your size

Each size is listed with its insole length in millimetres. Measure your foot from the heel to the longest toe, ideally in the evening and in the sock you will skate in, and compare the result with this value.

The Zetrablade is the men's version; for women we recommend the Zetrablade W. If in doubt, try the skates on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.

## Questions and answers

### Are the Zetrablade suitable for a beginner?

Yes. It is a model for learning and recreational skating: the low-set monocoque frame improves stability, and the high cuff supports the ankle.

### Can I replace the wheels and bearings later?

Yes. The wheels and bearings are replaceable parts, so when you start to skate faster, you can change them. If you change the wheel diameter, ask in the shop what the frame will take.

### Can I try the skates on before buying?

Yes, in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław. You can also collect your order there free of charge.

### Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract; the buyer covers the return shipping. Exchanging a size means a return and a new order.
