### Which bearings does the 608-RS shield fit?

All 608 bearings (8×22×7 mm) in inline skates, roller skates, scooters and skateboards — from ABEC 3 to the Twincam ILQ9 Pro or Bones Swiss Ceramic. It does not fit 688 and 698 bearings.

### Is a rubber shield better than a metal ZZ one?

Yes, in terms of sealing. Rubber keeps out dust, sand and water better, and unlike a metal shield it does not deform when removed and can be fitted many times.

### What should I do when a metal shield cannot be refitted after removal?

Fit a rubber shield in its place. ZZ and Z metal shields are in practice single-use, while an RS shield closes the bearing again.

### Can I fit the shield myself?

Yes. Pry off the old metal shield with a thin needle or awl and gently press the rubber shield into its place. No special service tools are needed.

### Which colours are available?
