# Stelior steel bearings, titanium (16 pcs)

Stelior titanium are steel bearings for skates in the 608 standard, with a titanium coating and rubber RS shields, which protect against dust, dirt and water better than metal ZZ shields. A set of 16 pieces is enough for eight wheels. You choose the grease and the shield colour when you order. For everyday skating, fitness, freeskate and speed.

## Who it’s for

- You skate daily around town, for fitness or freeskate, and want fast bearings that cope well with dust and damp.
- You train on speed skates or ride long distances and are looking for a light, fast set.
- You want to match the shield colour to your wheels or skates.

## When to choose something else

- Complete corrosion resistance matters to you — the full-ceramic [Stelior Pro White Ceramic](https://bogdanca.pl/en/stelior-pro-white-ceramic-racing-bearings-16-pcs.html) have it.

## Key features

- **Titanium coating** — Together with the RS shields it raises the bearing’s resistance to wear, so the set keeps its smoothness for longer.
- **Rubber RS shields instead of ZZ plates** — They keep dust, dirt and water away from the balls better, the bearing runs more quietly and is easier to clean.
- **Three types of grease to choose from** — Bones Speed Cream for minimum resistance, Rollerblade Dry Fluid as a compromise between speed and protection, Stelior Ceramic Grease for tough conditions at the cost of greater resistance.
- **Shield colour to choose** — You can match the shields to the colour of your wheels or skates.
- **608 standard, 16 pieces** — A set for eight wheels; fits Rollerblade, FR Skates, Powerslide, K2, Seba, Roces and other skates with 8 × 22 × 7 mm bearings.

## Questions and answers

### What ABEC rating do Stelior bearings have?

None. Stelior does not use the ABEC scale and states that its titanium steel bearings are more precise and faster than ABEC 9 bearings.

### How do they differ from Twincam ILQ-9?

Stelior states faster spinning, lower rolling resistance and greater durability than ILQ-9. On top of that come the rubber RS shields and the titanium coating.

### Steel, hybrid or full-ceramic?

Titanium steel bearings are fast and durable — for everyday skating and competitions. Hybrids with ceramic balls give even more precision, and the full-ceramic [Pro White Ceramic](https://bogdanca.pl/en/stelior-pro-white-ceramic-racing-bearings-16-pcs.html) are completely corrosion-proof and meant strictly for racing.

### Which grease should I choose?

Bones Speed Cream if you want minimum resistance; Rollerblade Dry Fluid as a compromise between speed and protection; Stelior Ceramic Grease for skating in tough conditions, although it gives greater resistance.

### How many bearings do I need for my skates?

16 for a pair of four-wheel skates — two for each of the eight wheels, with a spacer between them. This set has exactly that many pieces.
