# UVEX Vectiv set sunglasses, Clear / Mirror Silver

UVEX Vectiv set Clear / Mirror Silver are sunglasses in a transparent frame with a system of interchangeable lenses. The silver mirror S3 lens lets through 12% of light and copes with harsh sun, while the clear S0 lens (95%) is for after dark, in the forest and in low light. ## Who it’s for

- You run, skate or cycle early in the morning and in the evening, not only in full sun.
- You train in the forest or in low light and need protection from insects and dust that does not dim your path.
- You prefer a clear, light-looking frame to a black one.

## When to choose something else

- You ride only in the daytime and do not plan to swap lenses — sunglasses with a single S3 lens will do, e.g. [UVEX Heyday Clear Smoke / Mirror Blue](https://bogdanca.pl/en/uvex-heyday-sunglasses-clear-smoke-mirror-blue.html).

## Key features

- **Two interchangeable lenses in the set** — Swapping a lens is quick and uncomplicated, so one frame serves the sunny noon and riding after dark.
- **Silver mirror S3, 12% light transmission** — A lens for strong sun and harsh glare off a bright surface.
- **Clear S0 lens, 95% light transmission** — For riding at night, in the forest or in very low light: it does not dim the view, while it stops wind, dust and insects.
- **Supravision anti-fog coating** — Reduces fogging with big changes of temperature, e.g. when you stop at traffic lights after a fast stretch.
- **UV400 protection** — The sunglasses block 100% of UVA, UVB and UVC radiation up to 400 nm.
- **Soft nose pads and temples** — The malleable finish holds the sunglasses securely on your face and does not press when worn for longer.

## Questions and answers

### What is the clear lens in the set for?

For riding at dusk, after dark and on cloudy days. The Clear lens, category S0, lets through 95% of light, so it does not dim the view, while still protecting your eyes from wind, dust and insects.

### How long does it take to swap the lens?

A few seconds. When swapping, hold the lens by the edges and do it with clean hands so that you do not leave marks on the surface.

### Is the mirror S3 lens suitable for the evening?

No. S3 is a filter for full sun and lets through only 12% of light — at dusk and in shade the image will be too dark. Then fit the Clear lens from the set.

### How does the Vectiv set differ from the UVEX Heyday?

In the number of lenses. The Vectiv set has two interchangeable lenses — a mirror S3 and a clear S0 — and a case in the set. The Heyday has one mirror S3 lens in a frame resembling classic sunglasses.

### Can I return the sunglasses?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return); the buyer covers the return shipping. Before buying you can try the sunglasses on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.
