Delivery and payment

Delivery to an InPost parcel locker (Paczkomat) costs PLN 15, an InPost courier PLN 25, and in-store pickup in Poznań or Wrocław is free. We usually dispatch goods available in our shops within 1 working day; you can pay by BLIK, card, bank transfer or on delivery.

The delivery cost does not depend on the order value — we do not have a free delivery threshold. We quote larger items and international shipping individually: before placing your order, email kontakt@bogdanca.pl.
Processing time
When we dispatch depends on where the chosen size is. For each size, we show availability separately in Poznań, in Wrocław and as a special order from the supplier’s warehouse.

The 3–5 working day lead time applies, among others, to some FR Skates and Seba sizes, which come to us from the manufacturer’s warehouse in France. Add InPost’s delivery time to the dispatch time.
In-store pickup
You can collect your order with no delivery charge at our shop in Poznań or Wrocław. We will let you know when it is ready for collection. You can try on the size you ordered straight away in the shop.
Payments
- Fast online payments — BLIK, instant bank transfer or Visa or Mastercard card, handled by a payment operator.
- Bank transfer — to the account given below; we process the order once the payment has been credited.
- Cash on delivery to the courier — with InPost courier cash-on-delivery delivery.
- Cash or card in the shop — with in-store pickup.

How much does it cost to ship skates?
InPost parcel locker PLN 15, InPost courier PLN 25, also with cash on delivery. In-store pickup in Poznań and Wrocław is free.
Is there free delivery above a certain amount?
No, we do not have a free delivery threshold. You can collect your order free of charge in person in Poznań or Wrocław.
When will you ship my order?
We usually dispatch goods available in our shops within 1 working day. Sizes marked 3–5 working days are shipped once we have brought them in from our other shop or from an external warehouse.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes: to the InPost courier with cash-on-delivery delivery, or in the shop with in-store pickup, by cash or card. Delivery to a parcel locker requires payment in advance.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we quote the cost of international shipping individually. Write to us before placing your order.
