Returns and size exchanges

You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. You send the goods back at your own cost to our shop in Poznań, and we refund the amount paid together with the cost of the cheapest delivery we offer. A size exchange is a return plus a new order.
Returns step by step
- Notify us of your withdrawal from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel. A message to kontakt@bogdanca.pl with your order number is enough. You can also use the model return form, but it is not mandatory.
- Pack the goods together with everything that was in the box: the brake, sizing shims and spare laces.
- Send the parcel back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You cover the cost of sending it back.
- Receive your refund. We refund all payments received, including the cost of the cheapest delivery we offer, within 14 days.
The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason applies to consumers buying at a distance.

InPost Szybkie Zwroty
You can send the parcel using the InPost Szybkie Zwroty (Quick Returns) service. You fill in an online form, receive a drop-off code by text message and leave the parcel in a Paczkomat parcel locker, without printing a label. You cover the cost of sending. You can also choose any other carrier.
Size exchanges
We do not run a separate exchange procedure. You send back the wrong size under the rules for withdrawal from the contract and order the right one as a new order.
If you want to make sure the other size does not disappear from the shelf in the meantime, email or call us — we will reserve it. Before choosing a new size, measure your foot in millimetres following the guide how to choose inline skate size, or send us your measurement and we will recommend a size.
What condition to return the goods in
You can check the goods just as you would in a physical shop: put them on, fasten them, stand up and walk a few steps on a carpet. That is enough to judge the size.
Skating outdoors leaves marks on the wheels, brake and frame. The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using them beyond checking their characteristics.

Who pays for sending the goods back?
The buyer. We refund the price of the goods and the cost of the cheapest delivery we offer.
Can I exchange my skates for a different size?
Yes, in two steps: you send back the wrong size under the rules for withdrawal from the contract and order the right one. On request, we will reserve the other size.
Do I have to fill in a return form?
No. The model form is there to help, not an obligation; a clear message stating that you are withdrawing, with your order number, is enough.
Can I return skates after skating outdoors?
You still have the right to withdraw, but you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by use. That is why you should check the size at home, on a carpet.
