How a fitting works
Come in without an appointment, ideally in the socks you skate in. We start by measuring both feet in millimetres. Then we pick two or three models for where you want to skate and check that the boot holds your heel when you bend your knees.
If you’re coming for a specific size, check its stock for Poznań on the product page beforehand.
Returns and collections
Returns from online orders come to this address — details on the returns and size exchanges page. You can collect an online order here free of charge; we’ll let you know when it’s ready.
During the ice skating season we sharpen skates on a ProSharp machine, from 29.99 PLN a pair. We also accept inline skates for servicing if they were bought in other shops.
