Protection from a doctor
Leatt was founded in South Africa in 2001. Dr Chris Leatt developed the Leatt-Brace neck brace after a fellow motocross rider was killed. Its products are designed by medical doctors and biomedical engineers.

Frequently asked questions
What does 360° Turbine Technology do in Leatt helmets?
It consists of elements built into the helmet which, according to the manufacturer, reduce the forces acting on the head in an impact, including rotational ones. Most Leatt helmets we stock have it.
Can I use Leatt pads for inline skating?
They are designed for cycling and motocross. For skating, pads with a hard shell that let you slide after a fall work better — you will find them in the Helmets and protection department.
