Who it’s for

You train hockey as a junior girl or you are buying gear for a daughter who is starting to play.
You are putting together a set of protective gear and are missing the piece that protects the pelvis under hockey pants.
You prefer a model cut for girls rather than a men's jock.

When to choose something else

You are looking for a men's jock or an adult version — look in hockey accessories.

Key features

Women's version: A model designed for female players, so its shape differs from men's jocks.
Junior (JR) category: The JR marking is sizing for younger players, not for adults.
Pelvic protection: An extra layer under the pants covers the area hit by a puck, stick or the ground in a fall.
