In brief

The CCM Ribcor Trigger 9 Pro Senior hockey stick is a senior stick from the Ribcor line. You choose the flex, the blade curve and the side on the product page: a lower flex suits lighter players, a higher one heavier players, and the blade curve decides how the stick works for passes and shots. You hold a left-hand stick with your left hand lower on the shaft, a right-hand stick with your right.

Who it’s for

  • You know which hand you hold lower on the shaft, and you choose a left or a right-hand stick on the product page.
  • You are a player in the senior category and you match the flex to your body weight — a lighter player will choose a lower one, which flexes when shooting.
  • You want a curve that does not force one style of play — a middle profile (e.g. P29) is versatile, and you choose the curve on the product page.

When to choose something else

  • You are not sure which side you play — first check which hand ends up lower on the shaft, because you choose the side on the product page; you will find other sticks among the hockey sticks.
  • You are a heavier, strong player — a low flex will flex too much; choose a higher stiffness.

Key features

Flex to choose
The number defines the stiffness of the shaft: the lower it is, the easier it is to flex. A lower flex suits lighter players, a higher one heavier players and hard shooters. You choose the flex on the product page.
Blade curve to choose
The curve is the place where the blade bends: a middle curve (e.g. P29) is a versatile profile for stickhandling, passes and shots. You choose the curve on the product page.
Senior size (SR)
Shaft length and thickness designed for adults; you fit the stick to your height by cutting down the end.

Care and servicing

Wrap the blade with hockey tape before playing — it protects it from wear and moisture, and the puck stays on it better. After training, wipe the stick dry and do not leave it in a wet bag.

Questions and answers

Which side of the stick should I choose — left or right?

The side of your lower hand: a left-hand stick means your left hand lower on the shaft, a right-hand stick your right. It does not depend on which hand you write with. You choose the side on the product page.

Can I return the stick if it does not suit me?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return) without giving a reason; the buyer covers the return shipping. Before you cut the shaft down, make sure the side, flex and length are right.

Can I collect the stick in person?

Yes, free of charge in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław. There you can pick up the stick and check the length and the side.
