In brief
The CCM Tacks 310 Combo Senior hockey helmet is a helmet with a matched cage for adult amateur, club and semi-professional players. Cushioning is provided by I.Q.Shion foam padding and D3O material, which reacts to the force of an impact. You set the size smoothly, without tools, and the shell, cage and chin cup hold the helmet steady in intense play.

Who it’s for
- You play in an amateur league or for a club and want better cushioning than in basic helmets, without choosing a cage separately.
- You train intensively and need a helmet that doesn't shift during quick changes of direction.
- You spend long training sessions on the ice and care about padding that settles well on your head.
When to choose something else
- You play occasionally and simpler padding is enough for you — see the CCM Tacks 210 Combo Senior.
- You are looking for a helmet with Fluid Inside pads — the CCM Tacks 910 Senior has them.
Key features
- D3O material
- It reacts to the force of an impact and increases cushioning, while staying light, so the helmet doesn't weigh on you.
- I.Q.Shion foam
- The padding feels pleasant against the head and settles well, which you notice especially in a long training session.
- Cage included
- Matched to the helmet, it gives a wide field of view and full face protection from your first time on the ice.
- Smooth tool-free adjustment
- You set the size quickly and precisely, even between shifts.
- Tacks shell with chin cup
- The shell dissipates the energy of impacts typical of senior play, and together with the cage and chin cup it holds the helmet in place.

Questions and answers
Is the cage included?
Yes. The Combo version includes a cage matched to the helmet, so you have full face protection straight out of the box.
What does D3O give you in the Tacks 310 helmet?
More cushioning. D3O is a material that reacts to the force of an impact, while being light and not reducing comfort.
How does the Tacks 310 differ from the Tacks 210 and Tacks 910?
How do I choose the size?
Measure your head circumference above the eyebrows and choose the size in which the helmet does not slide down over the forehead. If you are unsure, try it on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.
Can I return the helmet if the size doesn't fit?
Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return). The buyer covers the return shipping, and exchanging for another size means returning the item and placing a new order.
