FR Metal Top Buckle gold upper buckles are two metal latch buckles with 21 mm wide straps, two buckle receivers and a set of screws with nuts – one set per pair of skates. They fit FR Skates FR1, FR2, FR3, FRX, FRW and FRJ, older Seba skates with a top buckle and most skates with a screw-fixed closure. You can trim the strap with scissors.
