This service is provided in our shops in Poznań and Wrocław.

In brief

Heat-moulding of ice skates, inline skates and liners is a Bogdanca service in which a heated boot adapts to the shape of your foot. We work with professional ovens at a controlled temperature, following the manufacturers' recommendations. We also mould liners on their own, including Intuition, MyFit, FR and Rollerblade, and gear bought in other shops — after checking that the material is suitable.

Who it’s for

  • Your new ice skates or inline skates have a heat-mouldable boot and you want it to fit your foot from the start.
  • You bought your gear in another shop or online — we mould it in the same way, if the material allows.
  • You have replaced the liner or insoles and want to refit the boot to your foot.
  • You have an Intuition, MyFit, FR or Rollerblade liner and want to mould just the inner boot.

When to choose something else

  • Your ice skates or inline skates are a recreational model made from a non-heat-mouldable plastic — we cannot mould such a boot; we will check this before carrying out the service.

Key features

Temperature-controlled ovens
We heat the boot in a professional oven, following the manufacturer's recommendations, so moulding is safe for the equipment.
Ice skates, inline skates and liners alone
We mould whole boots and inner boots, including Intuition, MyFit, FR and Rollerblade.
Gear from any shop
You do not have to buy from us — we accept any gear that is suitable for moulding.
Check before the service
Some recreational models have plastics that cannot be moulded; we will assess this before we start.
Re-moulding possible
On most models you can mould the boot again, e.g. after replacing liners or insoles.

Questions and answers

Can I bring ice skates bought in another shop?

Yes. We heat-mould any gear that is suitable for moulding, wherever you bought it.

Can every pair of ice skates and inline skates be heat-moulded?

No. Some recreational models have plastics that cannot be moulded — we will check this before carrying out the service.

Can you mould just the liner?

Yes. We also mould inner boots, including Intuition, MyFit, FR and Rollerblade.

Is heat-moulding safe?

Yes, in the controlled conditions of the service: we work with professional ovens at a controlled temperature, following the manufacturers' recommendations. Moulding at home on your own is very risky.

Can a boot be moulded again?

On most models, yes, e.g. after replacing liners or insoles.
