How do they differ from the UYN Cycling One Light?

In the cuff and composition. The Cycling Light have an elastic pressure-free cuff (ZERO-STRANGLE-CUFF) and 79% polyamide, while the Cycling One Light have no classic cuff (ZEROCUFF), contain 86% polyamide and NATEX yarn.

Does the cuff press on the calf?

No. The ZERO-STRANGLE-CUFF is an elastic, anatomically shaped cuff that holds the sock on the leg without a stiff welt.

What are they made of?
