Sometimes. With some wheel diameters the soulplate on the skates has to be trimmed so that the wheel does not rub against it.

How does it differ from the Oysi Medium Chassis?

In length: this frame is 281 mm, and the Medium Chassis is 257 or 269 mm and is designed for skates in EU size 42 and smaller.
