Yes, if the frame on your skates takes four 100 mm wheels. Check the print on your current wheels or the largest diameter allowed for the frame; if in doubt, bring your skates to the shop.

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return) without giving a reason. The buyer covers the return shipping.
